Welcome to eCollege online class resources!
You will be able to log on and access your class resources or contact your instructor starting the first day of the new semester.

Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with login instructions shown below this message.

Hartnell has now moved to the new student email system. (Hartnell Gmail for students) For more information or to access your Hartnell Gmail go to http://www.hartnell.edu/students/mail.html

LOGIN
To access your class:

  1. In the "User ID" box enter your Hartnell Student ID (no beginning zeros - ID# 0012345 = 12345) . You can find your ID by:
    1. Checking the back of your CatCard
    2. Logging into PAWS and clicking on “My Profile”. You will see the number under your name
    3. Checking your printed registration receipt
  2. In the "Password" box enter the default password of "student"
    If you have taken online courses with Hartnell before, you may have changed
    your password. In this case the word “student” will no longer work. Use the
    last password you entered into the “my profile” section of the course. If
    you cannot remember your password, please click here.

In order to log into your online class you need to do the following:

  1. Enroll in the class through Hartnell College Admissions. It takes 24 hours, once enrolled with A&R, to gain access into eCollege

  2. Access your email on a regular bases.
    Email is now the official means of communication at Hartnell and all students are accountable for the information sent out via email.

    Hartnell has now moved to the new student email system. (Hartnell Gmail for students) For more information or to access your Hartnell Gmail go to http://www.hartnell.edu/students/mail.html

    Students will now only get email sent to your Hartnell Gmail address, and you cannot change your email address in eCollege.

  3. Attend the orientation if one is scheduled for your class.

If you have trouble logging in, please contact helpdesk@hartnell.org or call 303-873-0005. Also, email your instructor inform him or her that you are having trouble logging in. You can also call the Hartnell Department of Distance Education/Weekend Programs at 755-6721 or email the Dean of Distance Learning at jfellguth@hartnell.edu.
